I do have some advice: examine why you said what you did. Even if you might be correct, the context and reason you started talking about racism against you being theoretically possible is more important. If you were bringing up theoretical examples of racism that you don't actually face (because you're not in e.g. Japan) in order to dismiss or derail your girlfriend talking about racism she does actually face, then, yeah, you're doing a thing that White supremacists do. You haven't given enough information to weigh in on that, and adjudicating that debate is not what this forum is for; my point is to note that sometimes it's not the technical correctness of a statement that matters, rather the context of the statement, which also has meaning. It may be the context to which your girlfriend is objecting, so you should look at that in trying to resolve your difference of perspective.
I don’t know how you’re defining demisexual, but my understanding is that it means you don’t feel attraction until there’s a close bond, not that you’re incapable of forming new bonds once you’ve imprinted on your first love. You’re not a penguin.

Planning and executing are very different things. I don’t see where you have specified why a dog is such a big deal. Are you allergic, fear of dogs, etc.? Do you question her ability to care for an animal?
