Just saw your other post, I think your body might be rejecting him just as much if not more than your mind is. Get out now before he drains you emotionally, mentally, and financially.
Do not act on any impulse or desire for this other girl. I know you said you've tried to talk to your girlfriend, but talk to her harder. Tell her you feel you are feeling disconnected from her. You want to be close and intimate again, to feel like a real couple again and that the way you're going seriously needs to change. If nothing improves, then you might have to consider leaving. Just don't cheat. You don't want to have that guilt on your conscience.
I was 3,000 miles away from any family too when my amazing partner turned into the devil. I was stranded, terrified, and so confused. I called my parents sobbing after my ex took my keys and kicked me out, saying idk what is happening, and they booked me the next flight home. I didn’t want to leave (thanks Stockholm syndrome). Told me to throw all my important docs and family heirlooms in a suitcase and get my ass in a taxi. Sobbed the whole day, and my parents were terrified I wouldn’t get in the plane. It’s been almost a year and I still live with them. I feel so incredibly lucky to have parents like mine, and I couldn’t imagine how terrified I’d be if the roles were reversed.
Frankly your wife planning to abandon you and your child. She has a clear plan and you/ your child aren’t included! If she does this you can’t let her back.
Two weeks away to France is okay (if you have the finances!) but leaving without a clear plan and a small child at home is shitty.
Indeed, and it absolutely affects your life expectancy. I mean, yeah, maybe you can get away with it when you're younger and not feel as affected. But all those years of extra strain on the body, leading to the issues you mentioned and more? That means you're gonna be lucky to make *past* 50 or 60, and if you do your quality of life is likely to be severely impacted.

Move on. He’s not available.

Good. Please use them thoroughly! Good luck!

Yea I didn't understand that part. I was on bc for 20 years and had no long term effects
