Well that one she’s gonna know if she gets it. Personally I think yes get a blood test. But she is gonna find out sooner or later either way.. and there’s no treating it so the bonus of getting tested, is protecting future partners.
It sounds like your sister was assaulted by your husband. No one that drunk can consent to anything. Your husband needs to go, your sister doesn't deserve so much hate for this.
Was she with the aunt and uncle? Can you call them and ask? Maybe your gf was trying to get custody from them because of the new kids and made a huge lie? Oh what tangled webs we weave…
Because when I was growing up Roger used to beat my mom and I, which caused my upper-spine to be damaged. It used to really hurt sometimes, but the pain is basically gone now, but that took many many days with a chiropractor.

The level he and she are communicating is not appreciate for co workers or even friends. He is having an emotional affair with her and creating an environment for it to lead elsewhere. I know you love him, but that tight ball of unease in the pit of your stomach, it wont stop until you end it with him or he ends it with her.

I did go to a doctor about a year ago and that's what I was told, i haven't been able to go back since. I also found it hella weird but I trusted him
