I'm 21 and the same as your bf. He's an introvert whose social battery is worn out when he's out socialising for so long. It is different from being at home and on video games because home is our comfort zone, pubs and bars are not, that makes IRL socialising more draining, both emotionally, physically and mentally. You can't afk, cant take a break and do your own thing, cant say “brb napping” etc while in person. Its just tiring for non extroverts. There's nothing wrong with him. Why not ask what HE considers a nice fun night out is, instead? He may just not like parties like you do, not every young person loves alcohol, bars and partying (even with close friends). Hell, on Christmas and New Years, I went to bed at 10pm because I couldn't socialise with my own family anymore. He just doesnt find the same fulfilment as you do in partying. That's not a problem, hes not wrong, theres nothing to be angry about. Find something you BOTH enjoy and can handle for more than 2 hours.
