My now husband made jokes like this with his friend group in highschool. We're 30 now and the jokes still comes up very rarely(we're all still friends). That said it sounds like you two are already heading for divorce. This isn't a sure thing as you two could work it out but that won't be easy.
So my suggestion is to sit down with the marriage counselor and hash it out. If you can't trust him it's probably best to end it. That said you can ask that he hands you his phone. At which point you should be allowed to go through it. If that doesn't help you then you may want to talk about ending it
