I know this is a bad defense but I definitely did not mean it when I said it to him. I found out he was trying to hook up with another younger girl on instagram, and he actively lied about it until I got definitive proof. I was drunk which doesn’t excuse it but I texted “go die” when angry about the situation. Absolutely does not make it okay at all. But later on he found out I lied about other stuff (granted it wasn’t me trying to hook up with anyone but I definitely was pathological in many ways) and he told me over multiple days that I should die in a gutter and that the world is better off without me.. and instead of saying sorry afterward he has told me he does mean harm on people who continually lie to him. I guess that maybe that is justified? I don’t feel the way about others but maybe since I lied as well it’s a normal reaction? I don’t know

Reactions here are pretty unpredictable.
You could try couples counseling to learn to communicate better with one another. Also possibly look into screening for PPD, if you feel your insecurities how gotten worse for you after delivery. You should consider individual therapy for yourself. Work on your self esteem and self worth. You are worth it OP, reach for some help to better yourself and your relationship.

you posted this, what, yesterday? why do you think reposting it will get you the response you want? everyone agreed with your family and psychologist.
Worse. If he needs to donate, he needs to find his own things to donate.
If the house was yours would it be okay for you to donate everything he has in it? Why not? If you bought a closet and he stored stuff in it, would it be okay for you to burn it in the back yard?
He is taking YOUR stuff. He is being controlling and an absolute AH.
