Yeah, if she's a friend and you want to grab lunch, you should be able to. If it ever feels like that dynamic shift, then reevaluate. But right now, it sounds like your GF is insecure. You might want to dig a little as to why she thinks this is such a huge problem.
I know that is how it sounds but she rejected me when I first caught feelings because she said she cant have feelings like that for a guy. We’ve known each other for five years and are super close and tell each other everything. I think she just sees me as a really close friend. I mistook it as her catching feelings for me last time so i dont think she means it that way
And honestly if she does have feelings i doubt she’s fully realized them herself. The only thing that makes me question is when we cuddled she stuck her hands under the back of my shirt and felt around a little.
