Indeed, there are outliers but that is not the norm for most people today. How fit you are and how good you look are intrinsically tied for most people.
I am one of those outliers. I weigh 220lbs but my cardio strength is better than most people. I get it. Doesn't mean that if I weighed 200lbs I wouldn't be fitter and more attractive at thr same time. I also like to snack and late at night too!!!
