Are you asking about the reference to the studio joke? I think it’s about a post of a couple who had a spare room and were planning on converting it to a baby nursery down the line but the husband had a “”” friend””” around that was into art and asked the wife if they can turn the room into an art studio and the wife was like “wtf”
Hmm– well not everyone works full-time (OP as one example), especially if they're able to make ends meet doing PT and comfortable as such, and he wouldn't be “cutting” anyone else by solely wanting to stay in the city. It's clearly a case of him and wife having different end goals in mind: probably not the best pair to get married and bring kids into the world, unless they're able to compromise of course… which doesn't seem likely to happen.
