Some people are trying to explain to OP he doesn't own her body and his behavior comes off as controlling, which it is. If he's that uncomfortable with it, he can be single. But what women are not feeling is this idea of men trying to police and control our bodies. Dating someone doesn't mean you suddenly own them.
I mean there's an awful lot of potential red flags there. Your partner tells you they got very drunk, went solo to a co-workers room, kissed him (or got kissed) and you have no questions / concerns? Obviously it very much could be the truth – or could be the start of the 'trickle truth'. It would definitely be fair to have some concerns. Personally hiding it would be far far worse – really makes it look like you have something to hide.
