Get an attorney and tell them your concerns. They will be able to advise you on the best way to handle things. I think moving out and having her served would likely be best, but IANAL. If she makes a threat, call for a wellness check. Don't take phone calls from her when you leave, let her text (IMO, again rely on an attorney).
