She gets six months, a year however long you and your s/o decide. Have it in writing. She signs it. If she's not gone in 6 months you start a formal eviction.
She also needs to have written house rules. Maybe give her 30 days or so to get a job and start contributing at least some to groceries and rent. At her age it's ridiculous she's been supported for years and she will continue to mooch off everyone if she's allowed to. Don't allow it anymore.
