OP, you need to be there for your wife in ways you never have before. Pull on your big boy pants and HELP her get some help. She can't do it on her own, and possibly doesn't even know what's happening with her– she just knows that she doesn't feel right and feels better when she isolates. If you want your wife back, hold her hand and lead her to professional help.
