This gave me a lot of insight I’ve been needing to review. I know that I’d want to be more than friends if we did reconnect, and that’s why I’m hesitant to reach out. The two things are mutually exclusive. She is lying in one of them, it totally makes no sense that she one day says the relationship is great and the other day she is thinking about ending it. I think the best solution is to give her time, I would say to her “ok, I understand your feelings and appreciate your honesty, but I don't completely understand this sudden change. Take your time and decide whether you want to continue with this relationship or not.”
