Maybe it’s just me but no matter how hard i love someone, the moment i see them abuse or neglect or mistreat an animal, i get turned off so hard that i fall out of love immediately.

I see these posts alot but I don't often see people talking about female condoms or diaphragms. Both have a 92-96% effectiveness (diaphragm do need spermacide) and female condoms protect against STI's.

Neither of which cause hormone imbalance, side effects with periods or surgical procedures.

While I would say wearing a Condom is simple, the automatic jump to vasectomy always strikes me as odd when there is this safe and highly effective alternative which a woman would have complete control over.

The way he's acting is not ok, you made a mistake on a bad moment and you apologized and are taking the necessary steps to not do that again. Him having a boundary is one thing but not giving ANY emotional support is complicated and specially baking you names for having emotions is totally unacceptable!!

My demeanor in a relationship is the exact same way. As an adult, I date other people assuming that they are adults as well but I have met a few guys who act like this because they want a woman to be dependent on them both financially and emotionally, and I don't swing like that. It always ends up being a big issue.

Just recently I started dating a man who is completely independent financially and emotionally, and it is amazing. I've never had this, but it is wonderful to have somebody who can be adult about life and emotions and communicate effectively instead of playing games.

They're out there, and they won't cause you this kind of stress and drama and self doubt. You're making the right decision to get away from this so you can be open for opportunities of somebody worth your time.
