I am so sorry you are going through this. I do think you need to allow yourself some space for some serious self care in all of this. You are healing as well. It's so hard to be supportive of someone else when you are overwhelmed like this. In the end it will enable you to be the support system for your wife in the ways you want to. I would also say, keep taking the action steps you are already taking. Keep seeing the therapist. Keep trying to hold her and comfort her. When she's hysterical and screaming, tune into her and just listen. You will begin to understand what she really needs and then you can support her in those ways.

I would try to get her to be as direct and honest about her living situation as possible. If she is staying with them because they are paying her tuition, and she doesn't like it and can't wait to be independent, that's good. If she's emotionally relying on them because she has no self confidence, that's very bad.
My feeling is that you two are not compatible. Your love language is not being met, and he can't meet those needs I think 🙁
It’s usually not a great idea to date a coworker. A successful attempt will make you both distracted at work, the gossip will plague you, and if/when you break up, you’ll still have to work with them even if you’re angry or heartbroken.
That said, sometimes you find a person worth all those risks and inconveniences. If this is one of those times, invite them elsewhere. You’ll have a better reception without the workplace audience.
