It's a suicide note. It is most likely not very nice. The most likely explanation they won't give it to her is to spare her additional grief. Whatever the reasons they have, she has no claim on it and needs to let it be.
So there is zero future in this relationship. He has no intention of being in a long term committed relationship with you. He turned off the security cameras when you visited, why? Because he doesnt want his mom and baba to see that he is dating. Reasons could be he already has a spouse arranged, he is already married but waiting on his spouse to move to your country, he is married and his spouse is already leaving with him and his parents. Even if he is single his parents probably will not “allow” him to marry outside of the culture. You arent getting anything out if this “relationship” other than seeing him once a week.

May I ask you a question? Why have both sets of parents over at the same time? If it is an event for you, you invite your parents but not your husband's, the opposite if it is an event for him, and if it is one of your children's birthday, you can plan to visit each of the grand-parents home instead of having them over. Not to assume anything, but the discomfort you are enduring seem to be the result of you not wanting to be clear and direct with your Mom and MIL.
Why were we not invited to x event? Because MIL and FIL were going to be there and you don't get along.
But why not invite us instead? Yeah, that is what we are doing next time.

If you're having doubts then have him leave because after 30 days I guarantee you that it will be 100 times harder to get rid of him, as it is he is not considered to be a resident yet so he cannot claim wrongful eviction etc and you will not need to give him an eviction notice but once you HAVE to give him an eviction notice and he stays the 30 days that is allowed you will then be living under some very awkward circumstances.
