  1. This is a normal fantasy, that in reality often ends in disaster.

Guys think it's super hot when naked women interact with each other. That's all this is.

  2. If the guy won't make time for you, then you shouldn't owe it to yourself to fret so much about his feelings either.

I think that it would also be better to do this after Christmas so that announcement isn't associated with such a particular date/day like that forever. The holiday's can also be an emotional time for everyone, it's better to just focus on Christmas.

If you suggest another time for him and he doesn't show up, then just don't tell him. This guy isn't your real dad and you don't want him to negatively impact on the good life that you have with your step dad etc by feeling so down and stressed out about this situation (which should actually be a cause for celebration) all the time, so create a boundary if you need to.

  3. Not 3 female friends , Vik is a guy. Only the other 2 are girls. I took my GF to getaway in the mountains and also she’s getting a really good birthday present. Plus I get they’re girls but we’re just friends really

  4. Because that means she is not the only one who can feed the baby and he has to do it too and get up at night. 😉

  5. Bailey does the same things. We've had her since a puppy, so she expects to this day to sit on your lap, be carried, etc.

And yes, she also drools like a slobber hound. Especially when I eat any type of popcorn. That's a personal favorite of hers ?

  6. I totally get that!

I used/use Meetup mostly. It certainly helps if you’re in a city, and I’m not sure if they have that in Brazil. My trick for that is going to a second location. After the Meetup (hiking, happy hour, board games), I’d ask the people/group I spent the most time with if they wanted to grab food. If things are going well there, you can plan a date/time to meet again.

The other thing I’ve done is joined adult recreation sport league. I’ve tried a few different ones. And I’d do something similar. Ask if people want to grab a drink after the game.

You can also volunteer at places.

There’s a woman I saw on TikTok who said she was a friendship coach. She had good advice. I just looked her up. Her name is Danielle Jackson. She has a podcast called Friend Forward that also may be really helpful.

    Good luck!

It also takes TIME to build new friendships. You’re going to need to consistently schedule times to meet and be good about not letting too much time pass. It’s hard, but worth it for me. I couldn’t continue to get the scraps I was getting.

  7. Personally, I'd live as if I'd never have to see my sisters and their families again. You can have a separate relationship with your folks. Let your parents lay this at your feet. They can tell the sisters you are uninterested in engagement/reconciliation and that they've tried to convince you otherwise. It's the truth, and why would they remove access to grandkids for that?

It's strange how family dynamics carry over from your childhood into adulthood.

  8. I'm sorry you lived throught that! OP this is a gift! While she can be nice, she can also be toxic crazy! Are you willing to put up with her crazy side for years to come or if you marry her, for life?? The craziness only gets worst with time not better! This is where you leave her alone and ne thankful she left.

  9. The things you listed for getting along in life are hobbies/interests. It’s actually not important that you share those. What’s important to share is goals, values, and communication styles.

He is either being purposely cruel (my vote is for this) or his communication style is so blunt that it doesn’t match with yours. Either way, sounds like you guys aren’t a good fit.

  10. I hope you are ok. Get out, stay safe at a friend's. Block number, seek help, talk to the police first then maybe lawyer.

Do not stay alone. Do not stay with him. Don't let him know where you are.
