He don't remember a thing but tells Dave that he just pushed you on the bed playfully. He knows exactly what he did. He even trashtalks you to others as a drama queen.
He first let you hang with something that was important to you, the wedding. And you can't tell me it is the first time that he shows no interest to stuff that is just for you. Then the jealousy and of course the choking. He throw you on the bed by having his hands on your throats. Do you realize how dangerous this was? He had so much force on your throat to get you on the bed… he could have so easily damage your windpipe. He wanted to kill you because he thought you were cheating. He needed to be removed by security. What if your friends weren't there? What would have happened then? Do you really think he would have stopped after he needed to be removed by security?
This guy is dangerous. And he plays it down infront of others and to you he plays the blackout card. You need to run. Just think what will happen the next time when nobody is there to help you?! And since he crossed the border to violence once, it will be easier to cross them again, especially if you let him get away with it.
