Are you being truthful about the ages here? Because the behavior you’re describing doesn’t sound like that of a grown adult pushing 30.
You know who says “I hate you” when they’re upset about something? Children. Maybe teenagers, but most outgrow this kind of temper tantrum by 14-15.
Adults should be able to express hurt feelings and have minor disagreements without shouting insults and blocking one another (seriously, no healthy adult relationship involves blocking one another during an argument — just totally unacceptable and frankly bizarre behavior from someone who is not in high school).

You didn’t do anything wrong, this was very clearly a misunderstanding. Instead of freaking out about whether he will “forgive you” (for what exactly?), please do some thinking about the relationship and what it says that you’re unable to communicate as reasonable adults who presumably love one another.

It sounds like your gf and her friend are still in high school. She sounds absolutely childish and clearly isn’t ready to be an adult let alone in a relationship with one. If they’re planning for her to dump you beat her to it. Ghost her. Block her on everything and never talk to her again. Clearly you’ve wasted more than enough time and effort on her already. She doesn’t deserve a reason why but you deserve to move on and meet someone better than she’ll ever be.
