I’m afraid to say it because of course our relationship is nuanced but… it’s pretty bad. My dad and myself are type 2. I was put on insulin right away since my sugars were super high and I had no idea. Other than drinking a lot of water. No other symptoms. Are they checking her A1C? That is crucial to check. She should not be this sick after so many months. Does she have an endocrinologist? Also, get a second opinion. I think a prescription of metformin or an insulin would do her a world of good.

And given that he went to prom with an 18yo and hung out with actual CHILDREN in a romantic setting, I'm guessing he likes them too young for comfort. Lack of accountability for your actions is a big red flag for a partner's morality. Cheaters don't take accountability, and neither do liars.
