Reading this, a lot of this behaviour has its basis in being autistic. Her sensory issues around food, feel of clothing, and her hearing. Rigid thinking can also be an aspect of autism, so it may be really difficult for her to see your point of view when it comes to travelling. That said, the way that she talks to you about these things is something she could work on, although it will require more effort than a neurotypical person. Have you spoken to her directly and clearly about this?

At the end of the day, autism or not, you’re not obliged to be with someone who makes you feel bad about yourself

Maybe you can get passed it, but that would be the “exception” whereas you are more likely in a situation with the rule. The rule is, once a person cheats, they will do it again eventually.
