I would think she would have him blocked on all socials etc. If she were to go, I would find some sort of arrangement like them going to a coffee shop etc. I would also try to hear why she's so interested in seeing him. He's not on your lease, he has no claim to the property and only has a verbal agreement with you. The only thing he could really do is try to manipulate you. If you just stick to your deadline, use the lease and your landlord/changing the locks, etc… to your advantage he really doesn't have any power here
