my therapist told me it's all about expectations. what he feels is clean is not your idea of clean. he suggested that I should make a list for each room with the categories 1. pick up duties 2. clean 3. deep clean with tasks listed under each header. for your partner cleaning probably just means picking up but for you, cleaning might mean something more involved. work on communication by being more clear about your expectations. hope this helps.
