1. I don’t know your situation, but I do know someone who is in one similar and stayed for the kids. It was (and still is) horrible on them. They both know and openly talk about how much their parents resent each other. Their parents don’t think they see it, but kids are smart. It would have been better in this case for them if they got their shit together and coparented amicably instead of lived together miserably.
