Came here to say something like this. OP sounds enamored of the style and attitude, but let’s not mistake that for substance. These dudes probably don’t like OP because she doesn’t have the right look or ability to take on the cadence of the scene, which in my experience is what’s most important to lots of cool people. I’ve been somewhat a part of some cool scenes and I’m pretty sure a lot of them are petty popularity contests. 30 is old enough to know that that’s a transient and fickle thing to base life decisions on. OP has so much going for her- much more than these guys, no doubt, since it’s quite hard to transform coolness into real world value.
I’ve found great people in all kinds of places, and there are surely some in whatever scene OP is a part of. But I’ve found most cool people to be unreliable, as they’re always ready to move on to the next thing that’ll give them a little more social cache. So I wouldn’t expect much of most of these guys anyway, and I’d worry about being mooched off of if any of these (probably struggling) dudes were.
Another person looking for the magical words that will make someone who doesn't care, but understands, suddenly start to care. Sorry to sound so cynical, OP, but you are ask for an Impossible.

You can have the conversation why she’s not shutting him down hard OP but, as she seems to be doing little, you have to ask yourself if her priorities are elsewhere.
He sounds like a classic narcissist. Makes it feel like a fairytale at first and then completely drops you but loves watching you fall apart and become desperate. Be more careful of the red flags going forward, if something seems too good to be true or off, trust your gut. I would cut ties now and start rebuilding yourself. You have so much time and these have just been learning lessons
