Quite honestly this perfume issue is not your biggest concern. You are obviously not your boyfriend's type and if you were he would not have such a hard time staying loyal or in the boundaries of what is okay in a relationship. I'm not saying this as a way to place blame on you, I'm simply saying you are not right for each other. He wants someone who is traditionally feminine by doing all the girly things like wearing makeup, doing their nails, wearing pretty clothes, etc. That's not you. A good match in a partner will never make you feel inadequate. Being with him should make you feel like you are the most beautiful and hottest woman and that he feels lucky to be with you. The fact that he is texting with his female coworker, referring to his girlfriend as just someone he once gifted smth and recommends her a perfume that to him is sexual and a turn on is just the icing on the cake here, but it should still show you that he is clearly not as into you as you are invested in him.
Ive known him for a year, not 4. I only mentioned January 4th to add a timeline. Sorry for the confusion. I moved to a city I didn’t know anyone because some bad things happened in my old city and I had to move somewhere, so I chose this city cause I liked it and my cousin who lives here was helping me with a place to stay for a bit.
