OP, from the outside looking in, it’s obvious to other people that the man you’re dating has a bad attitude and is also dumber than a tube of toothpaste. The first part (the attitude) will make it very difficult for you to teach, educate and guide him the way he needs (because of how hard thinking is for him). Please for your own sake break up with him and find someone else. Start over.

I agree that he being completely out of touch with how to function as an adult is a huge problem, the biggest problem here. The problem I see is that no relationship should exist where you just don't respect your partner and badmouth him to everybody even to him. If something your bf do so regularly enrages you to this point, just end it. He clearly won't change.
