I've learned not to rely on Reddit for relationship advice because the amount of assumptions and “just break up with her/him” are unreal. communication should be the core of any relationship, and although OP has every right to not want to be open, to me this reads a normal reactionary emotion that's protecting/hiding insecurities. I'd want to at least be able to talk and figure out WHY I'm feeling a certain way, and decide with my partner.
She cheated and brought home an STd. I won’t ask. Keep getting yourself tested. There may be more and if the infection is recent you need to keep getting tested because there is a possibility that there is a long incubation period. So wait and don’t breath easy yet.
