As a guy, every woman I’ve been with made far less than me. Didnt change my opinion of them at all. If you marry him or god forbid something happens and you can’t work or you’re laid off or something , is he going to ask you to leave? I wouldn’t marry him since he has conditions to go with it.
Well at least you don’t need to think about her again. Take your experiences with her as lessons learnt and move on. It’s not likely your paths will ever cross again.
I've tried moving on, i really did. But I'm not able to get her out of my mind. I know I've been a jerk to her, but I'd do better this time, given a chance. Other than that, i don't have a leg to stand on and tell that it'll be good for both us. But yeah, I'll do my best and do right by her. I'll not let her down this time.

I don't think it's a problem to not live together before you get married. I do think it's a problem though to marry someone who has never lived independently of mummy and daddy. That's your sister's problem.
