The first part of your comment is not accurate. Girls have a finite amount of eggs, but it is counted in millions. A bunch of them dies every day of your life regardless if they are fertilized or not, so regardless if OP donates eggs or not, it wouldn't affect her egg storage in any way.
However, the procedure in itself is quite hard what I have understood. A person should not go through it lightheartedly, because the medicines are tough.
