If it’s bothering you then I think you have to address it. Just do it privately so it’s not in a group setting. Tell him you have noticed it being more frequent and it’s making you feel awkward.
It’s going to be awkward for you if you don’t say anything. There is a chance it will naturally stop but how long do you want to deal with this until it does or worse if it doesn’t?

There are very specific instances in which reconciliation is possible. Imo, this is not one of them. I have only seen in work where the wayward partner is the one that confesses, not just being caught, and where they actively take a role in cutting off any and all affair partners and working on the relationship. The betrayed partner also must be willing to move past the infidelity. It’s very difficult and very rare.
The time after marriage is meant to be one of the happiest in a relationship, with a new honeymoon phase. And she spent that.. with someone else.
The only benefit you see is not losing the time you’ve already shared together, but going that path will be a detriment. It means losing even more future years that you could spend with someone that won’t betray you this way.
