She sounds emotionally immature. You asked for help and she probably felt criticized for not already doing what you felt sad about. Some people’s reaction to feeling criticized so to move the blame back on to the person who started it. So that way she is not seen as being bad anymore in the conversation. So, for her to change would actually take therapy and years of work.

Toxic relationship. I would say stay in it until you’ve seen enough where leaving becomes easy and your heart is happy to go.
