It’s what he’s used to and needs, and I’m not much of a words person. Yeah, sometimes I’ll bring it up in the moment, and sometimes after. It’s been a few months now since we’ve had these conversations and I think that’s what’s leading to this feeling now. Thank you for the resources, I’ll check those out!

Lacking the ability to retain memory, removes a frame of reference for decision making in the moment, meaning your sister was unable to give consent. Understanding what happens to the mind when blackout drunk might help you in how you approach your sister.
