So when you are doing these things, are you alerting her to your presence BEFORE you touch her? Because from the bar story you related, it sounds like she may not have known it was YOU touching her. I've had bad reactions like this when my husband has come up to me in a public place and touched me without me first knowing he was there, and even if I then look and see him there, I am still terrified and upset. So he stopped doing it without first letting me know that it's him. It is VERY scary for a woman to be unexpectedly touched in public, especially grabbed around the waist or something, and I think you may not be appreciative of that.

How much time have you spent there? Have you stayed over? How do you get along? Will she treat you like adults? Has ever not lived with his mom? Seeing how someone takes care of themselves- cleaning, cooking, managing life is part of living together before marriage.

It's possibly well intentioned and he's genuinely trying to 'help' you, without realising it's unwelcome and insensitive.
This kind of thing would be welcomed by some people – one of my exes used to have bad posture and she specifically asked me to point it out if she was slouching or whatever, and was grateful when I did. He may have had a similar ex who genuinely wanted his 'help'/input/whatever which has led him to assume you do too.
(Or he could have bad intentions and he's trying to control you, I'm just saying that's not the only possibility)
Have a detailed conversation about this with him and explain why you don't want those kinds of comments.

Yeah, thats my point of view too. There will be times where work is the priority. When I’m on a business trip (2-3 times a year) I have to work up to 16 hours a day for a week, it’s just part of the job. We both like our jobs so it’s not really a burden if it happens a couple times. But I just get tired of being left aside all times. I don’t need to be #1 priority all the time, but i want to have the feeling of being worth some of her time. If that makes sense.

This man is out there interviewing other potential care takers, once he finds one he will leave.
When I messaged him privately to apologize in case I stepped on any toes (which, I should not have done since I don’t feel I did anything truly wrong), he just said we would discuss it later a second time, and I finally told him “forget it, I’ll just buy my own ticket”.
It’s very clear to me that he’s being cagey about something and I’m done with his bullshit. At this point, I may go to this movie screening, I may have something unexpectedly come up on that night.
That is really frustrating. I'll just say. If he truly doesn't change soon, or even want to entertain the idea, its better to recognize something that just didn't work out, than to suffer for the rest of your life.
