I did tell her that I'd love for her and me to be exclusive as we were having a really nice time together, but she re-affirmed that right now she will not be exclusive for anyone for a while after her horrible ex-relationship. This is probably just a matter of me falling head over heels for the first person that has ever shown me some sort of physical affection. I don't blame her either, she told me all of this before we did anything intimate. She is also 100% sleeping with other guys. (Shrug) you can in Missouri. Just because someone hasn’t been sentenced yet doesn’t mean the charges against them stay hidden. I worked with an old guy about 5 years ago whose house got raided for child pornography, his charges have been available to view since day 1 (and since he still hasn’t gone to trial, they’re still there to this day). I suspect this is what OP’s situation is, and she could easily look up those charges even if her boyfriend hasn’t been formally arraigned.
