I think making things like this into *rules* isn't that great an idea. If you want to wait for sex, that's cool, but *rules* are probably not the way to go about it.
If you want to wait for a serious relationship before sex, say that, but don't make it a rule, don't count the dates, just say to dates that's what you're looking for.
