If she is this adamant and still hasn't let it go or refused to see your side, shuts down arguments and says your feelings are invalid, I fully believe she will either resent you moving forward or after having kids and also will still cheat on you. This entire post is OP asking for advice on how to respond to a situation in which he is worried that other people are making his girlfriend uncomfortable.
If people were pointing at his girlfriend and saying she was wearing shoes and that made her uncomfortable then my advice to him would be exactly the same.
They are AH’s but if you must engage, then don’t validate them. Respond focused on the fact that it’s an AH move to judge people and that no one cares what they think.
Yeah, I feel like saying hello in a fake cheery voice is if anything more automatic for many people than being morose with a guest.
Fantasising as a couple can be amazing helps a relationship grow. However generally it is best for establish relationships. Standard rule of fantasy is understand each others boundaries first, or communicate well during the fantasy. You and him have failed to do this as he is now off the leash. Correct this quickly by telling him FANTASY IS FANTASY! And tell him that he hurt you saying someone else was prettier than you. Also I think the shame you are feeling is probably telling you 2 things. That you are not ready for it all to become reality….. and that maybe you wanting to be with another woman does not mean you want your bf to be as well? (That is more something you need to figure out.)
As for him not wanting to fantasise about you and another guy…. why would he! It is not like for like! It simply isn't his fantasy…..
