If they live together, it'd be kind to offer options and be open to suggestions on how to best separate the living space and any shared belongings — for instance, offering to be the one to move to the guest room or couch for a few weeks until other housing is arranged, offering to buy them out on any joint purchases they don't want to keep (or suggesting fair property divisions), etc. If it's OP's place, offer time to make other arrangements; if it's the soon-to-be-ex's place, get out as quickly as feasible. Either way, in the meantime give space and privacy and grieving room, and do NOT bring any dates over while still cohabitating.
