What you said first there is something called cohabitating, something that I learned simply to me that some people get “Quality time” By simply being around each other. I think you should seriously reevaluate who you’re friends with, while on one hand you know she’s at least a good enough friend to not try and make a move on your man.
But to attach yourself to someone that quickly after meeting them a couple times is a huge red flag for persons I would wanna be around, probably some underlying psychological problems that need to be addressed by a counselor or therapist which you are not and neither am I so me personally I leave that friendship
