Joking aside, don't post if you can't handle multiple people having the same opinion you dislike. You were indeed controlling, you physically took someone away from a situation that was not asked for. If she wants to go down the path of becoming an alcoholic you can't stop her. Here is what a boundary is vs controlling:
Boundary: I can not be in a relationship with someone who can't handle alcohol, so I don't think we are compatible so we should go our seperate ways
Controlling: I don't want you to drink alcohol so you may not drink it or insert something you will do, like taking her away physically
