Tell him you have decided to get rid of the cats… And just drop them at a friend's or family members house if you want to keep them. Maybe your ex bf would consider keeping them?
If you're more concerned about them just living go to an animal shelter and explain to them what's going on and that you are planning to leave your bf. If the only option to secure their safety is to adopt them out that's what you'll have to do but if other arrangements can be made that allows you to keep them that would be great.
As for your vehicle have it towed to a shop if you can and tell your bf you're getting it fixed. Explain to the shop people that if anyone but you or your insurance calls asking about the vehicle that they don't tell them a thing. Ask them to do this under the guise of it being part of their policy.
Take your important documents and pack a bag and drop it at a friend's house…. Not the person who said you're over reacting. This is your emergency to go bag.
You can tell your ex you're taking the clothes/items you are bored of /no longer using and donating them. This would allow you to take more things…. And if your nail supplies gets in there… eh no big deal. Drop the boxes at a friend's place. I would say don't pack no more than 3-5 big boxes though.
You might also be able to place a few boxes in your trunk before it's towed away… Just make sure those boxes don't have anything important in them. Those boxes would need to be packed the day the vehicle gets towed away. The tow and packing should be done when the bf is away.
Get a change of address from the post office and change your address to another address these tend to have dates where this can take effect. You can always use a PO box …. If you do get one try getting one in a nearby county if you can. A PO box would likely be safest tbh. I would suggest filling the change of address out at the post office or a friend's place so bf doesn't find it.
If you have a job, see if you can put in for a transfer. If you don't have one, get one when you get out.
This next bit just as important.
Change your number, reset your phone (in case he had any hidden tracking apps installed) and seriously consider dumping your old email address. These things can be used to lead to you or for harassment purposes.
If you have a laptop/PC/tablet consider doing the same. If you want to keep photos from these use a flash drive or a micro SD card.
You need to understand why I even posted this, it wasn't just some random guy who she decided to fling with, it's my bestfriend, so the fact I had her on “dibs” and “reserves” is irrelevant coz he is my friend! Otherwise, if some rando did it why would I even blame him? He doesn't concern me. I would not give it a second of thought out of my day bruh.
I am an extreme introvert and only talk to 3 people including her.

Does your partner go to therapy to manage his anxiety? He also could learn your mothers language to make communication easier.
