This reminds me a lot of my friend’s case: the then-girl friend, now-wife do most of the work, including planning, management and financial. I would really suggest you to communicate with him with your actions (e.g. stop doing his laundry, his cooking or his dishes) at an earlier stage. For my friend’s case, it got worse after the marriage and the kid. Cause her actions have “educated” him that she was the one who should take care of all the responsibilities but not him.
