That makes it shit for everyone. First you got the father suddenly learning they have a kid, wait too long and it may ruin their relationship with their current partner because they never signed up for someone elses kid, could lead to the kid wondering why dad never wanted them before, could lead to dad denying its their kid because why didnt they tell them years ago, etc etc etc
Is there a reason you need to spend time with any of these guys? From your post they sound like acquaintances and not actual friends you spend quality time with and are close with.
If they made you feel shittu, you have the option to ghost them.
