If you want to keep the pregnancy that is your right but you need to be really clear about what life will be like with him and a child. You are downplaying his going to jail and his substance abuse. You should get some counseling. It is possible that 6 months in jail will be a wake up call for him but my experience it won’t. I am an only child and a though my father never went to jail and was really a good person, he abused substances for 45 years and were a contributing factor to his death at 59. I am 53 and his substance abuse/ behavior has had an impact on me as well as my relationships. No stars in your eyes about the situation. As a side note drugs are plentiful in jail and if he has an anger issue it is possible he will get into it in there and end up with more time.

I understand the pet part 100%. We have a total of 5 pets. One dog stays with my family. One cat that is mine stays with us. The other 3 are her 2 cats and 1 small dog. I talked to her about the situation we got ourselves in, having multiple pets. But I cant just ask her to get rid of them. Luckily, mine can just stay with my family. But hers cant. And she doesnt want to give them away. So i dont know the solution. It is a stressful problem.
I'd confront him with the phone bill and then be done with it. You don't need more proof. This is turning you into someone I'm guessing you don't want to be. I really don't advocate for divorce often but it may be best in your situation. He doesn't seem like he's going to give up coworker. He is lying to and gaslighting you about her. You have no trust left and it's making you borderline neurotic. Maybe you need to split so that you can heal.
