In your case-no this is not worth it. You need to accept that you are not his first affair. You may not be his 10th affair. This is what he does. Some men jump out of airplanes or drive motorcycles too fast to get a rush. Your 'boyfriend' has inappropriate sexual relationships.
You can't fix him and more importantly you shouldn't try too. You have your whole life ahead of you and it can have a relationship that doesn't start with this kind of baggage.
