I'm not a doctor, but that does sound like depression to me. If she's not depressed, and takes a “who cares” attitude to her own body, then it's the attitude that I wouldn't be attracted to and I would end up leaving her.
As a graduate of Psychology she should have considered herself a “Mandatory Reporter” even tho she technically wasn’t unless she was employed. Frankly right now, girl friend IS a Mandatory Reporter… if she saw anything while working as a doula she would have to report it. So OP, do you even trust her to do that now for strangers?
