Well you might be onto something, but what can you do about?
Before entertaining methods you need to make sure she can actually tell contest of those movies she has supposedly watched and isn't just delirious.
Spying is a popular option although keep in mind it is breaching her towards you. Of course it's easy to justify it retroactively if you are correct, but what if you are wrong?
You can confront her gf about who she is watching movies besides you, because you know she does that. This hard line approach essentially you pressure her to admit to it before revealing how you know (first tell her it doesn't matter how you know). If it fails you can explain why you believe so etc.
You can also confront while being upfront with your worries in a “normal way” . Keep in mind if she is hiding something she likely won't admit this in this approach.
