Yeah, this isn't a healthy relationship or situation at all. You're right, you can only offer so much support until it becomes too much and you have to step back for your own well-being. Also, her mother will always be around. That's not good either. I was with someone for several years who didn't know how to stop letting his mother control him.
I don't blame you for not wanting to deal with that. It gets old, quick. Until she works through her issues and learns how to not be enmeshed with her mother, she won't be ready for a relationship and it could take years. It's possible it will never happen. Life is too short to deal with this.

I’ve never understood grown ass married adults prioritizing friends over their relationships/family. She needs to grow up and realize that her priorities are severely skewed.

You need to get rid of both of them and seek therapy. One of them raped you (yes, that’s what that was) and the other is mentally unstable.
