My advice is nothing you don't already know. You KNOW the relationship has run its course. At your young age, even if she didn't have mental health issues, it would likely have eventually ended. Why? Because YOU have changed. It's perfectly normal and totally acceptable. It's life.
So, you're going to have to grow up a bit more and learn how to accept that some people in your life are not going to like you. Or what you do. Or who you are.
